There are two parts to designing a digital product. 1. build the right thing and 2. build the thing right. The first entails understanding what success looks like to a business, modelling how people interact with the business, and then exploring opportunities where technology can be used to drive success. Building the thing right means gaining empathy with people using the software so that we create products that enable people them to have an easy, quick experience. We share thoughts around how design can be used to create products that work in a world where mobile apps, connected devices and data are centre stage.
